Whether that aid comes with impossible conditions – for instance the equivalent of telling McDonald’s it must make Big Macs from tofu and fries from zucchini sticks – we shall see. Encouraging the loss of weight, the speeding up of decisions, the paring down of expenses and the actual listening to those innovative middle-level people would be all to the good.
